About (From this Label)
This variety is similar to the Iceberg Lettuce found in supermarkets, but it's even better because you can grow it yourself! Iceberg makes icy-green, medium-sized heads solidly packed to the center with crunchy leaves. This heirloom variety will grow best in cool weather.
