Planting and Care Instructions (From this Label)
Radishes can tolerate frost, so sow directly outdoors 4-6 weeks before the last spring frost date; or in late summer for a fall harvest. Plant seeds 1/4" deep in a sunny spot, without shade, in rich, well tilled soil. If soil is clay-like mix in some sand and fertilizer. Distribute seeds evenly about 1" apart in rows 6-12" apart. Thin radishes 1 every 2-3" when plants are a week old. Consistent, even moisture is key with radishes. Keep the soil moist with frequent, shallow waterings. Radishes are fast growers. When you think they're ready to harvest, pull one out to test it. The bulbs should be about 3/4-1" in diameter. Harvest all season long. Plant new seed rows every 10 days or so while the weather is still cool for a continuous harvest.
