About
Touchon Carrot is crisp, snappy, and sweet, with excellent quality. It is a Nantes-type carrot. Touchon grows approximately 6 to 8 inches in length and 1 inch across with no fibrous core. Sow early for summer and resow every 3 weeks for a continuous supply. Because it remains sweet and tender for many months, this is a good carrot for winter storage.
