The mild flavor of Siberian Kale is a wonderful addition to salads and stir-fries. The frilly dark green leaves form a cold-tolerant rosette that may reach up to 24 inches in diameter at maturity. Harvest outer leaves when about 8 - 10 inches long. An excellent source of Vitamins A, C and K.

Sow in outdoor row as soon as the ground can be worked. Place one seed every 4 inches and cover with soil. When plants are about 3 inches tall, thin to 12 inches apart. Harvest side leaves as needed at 6 to 8 inches in length.
