Planting and Care Instructions (From this Label)

Crookneck Squash is a hot weather plant that needs full sun, rich fertile soil and warm temperatures. It grows in loose bushes and is best planted in hills once the soil has warmed to 65-70° F. Sow groups of 3-6 seeds 1" deep and approximately 6' apart. As they grow it is important to thin to 1 strong seedling per group so plants have ample room to spread. Keep soil moist and fertilize monthly. Fruits are mature when about 8" long; but can be harvested earlier.
